About the flatmates
Hello potential flat mates
Here's what on offer:
A shared house that's walking distance to schools, shops, beaches, cafes, doctors, dentists, and gyms, and 5km from Sunshine Coast University Hospital and Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital.
There'll be two male flat mates, one friendly dog who stays outside and one bird. We work, are non smokers, social drinkers, and don't do illegal substances - fairly conservative - and would like someone with similar habits. It's a really nice, relaxed vibe; social, chill but no parties.
We have shared responsibility for the housekeeping so a flat mate would be expected to contribute to the household cleaning as well as keeping their room and the shared areas clean and tidy after use.
The room on offer is a double room (3.6m x 4m) with loads of hanging and shelf space in the built in wardrobe. There is no storage space in the shared areas so you'd have to keep all your stuff in your room. The room comes furnished as shown in the photos and noted in the description.
A small to medium dog would be considered but it must get on with the dog that already lives here.
If you're interested in the room, you will need sign a rental agreement with a no rent in arrears condition.
