About the house overall:
3 bedrooms.
1 office.
Relaxed, social, friendly and clean household. Not a party house, but we have a fire pit in the back yard for occasional social gatherings.
2 other males (42 and 36) live in the house, both warm and friendly. Therefore we seek a female for some balance :)
I work FIFO (about 50/50%) and he works full time, also some FIFO.
Weekdays the house is pretty empty as we work a lot (or surf).
Weeknights are relaxed, and house is quiet from about 9pm.
Weekends are relaxed and social.
Cleaning duties are casually and mutually shared between us.
The yard is not gated so pets are not suitable.
The house is fully furnished, and the kitchen is very well stocked, so it would work best if your possessions are on the light side.
About 5 min drive to the beach (Currimundi / Moffat) and 8 mins to SCUH.
Note that the house is currently being renovated so there are some works ongoing, and the house is improving all the time.
