About the flatmates
Hello
We have a room available in our rental property. Living in the property are x2 20 year old females We moved over from New Zealand two years ago. We work full time , are very chilled out, easy going people.
We are looking for a flatmate with similar values. Working full time, studying and working part time would also be suitable , chilled and drama free. We are not a party house but do like to have the occasional drink on the weekends, we also smoke the green so you must be ok with this.
You will be required to give 21 days notice if you wish to vacate. We may consider a couple in the room but instead of $250 per week this would be $375 per week. We normally put away $30 per week to cover bills.
We are very clean and tidy. Must also share the same values and clean up after yourself. For example if you cook dinner, dinner dishes are to be done that night not left till the next day or days after.
