About the flatmates
You will be living with 2 boys and 1 girl in their 20’s and you will be sharing the bathroom with 2 boys.
We all work fulltime hours, the boys are in trades and I’m a support worker.
We have 2 mini daschunds that are on the lease, so no more pets unfortunately.
Bills are not included in rent, but paid every bill cycle. More than happy to talk through those with you.
There is 4 of us at the moment so rent would be only $175.50, but when one of the boys move out, we’re considering all paying $260 & having a guest room rather than a 4th roomate.
We are seeking someone who is clean and can pull their weight around the house in regards to keeping shared spaces (especially the kitchen sink) clean 🧽
Looking for someone who is polite and respectful, we’re all big on manners so that’s a non negotiable xx
We don’t want to feel like we’re living with a stranger, so it would be great if you fit in with the dynamic of the household 😊
