There is a paid parking facility right next to our building, though costs ~$160 a month so please consider this if you also need a car space.

About the flatmates
Hey, I’m Tim and I live with my partner Lillie. We're both 30. I work at UniSC teaching nursing students; and my partner Lillie works in some of the local cafes as well as a Marine Tour Guide.
I mostly stay in my room (gaming), and chilling with my dogs; but I'd also enjoy shared meals and sometimes do boardgame nights with friends.
Lillie is a lot more outdoorsy, enjoys the beach sometimes mountain walks etc.
We also have two Dauchund puppies who are very sweet.
We both do not smoke or do drugs, and we rarely drink.
