I love birtinya as the beach is very close at Wurtulla or Bokarina, as is birtinya lake to enjoy nice walks just 30 second walk from the front door. Quiet neighbourhood.
Bedroom one- Coastal vibes bedroom with double bed, desk, drawers, wardrobe, chair. New ceiling Fan amazing for the warm summer ahead. Wifi. Security screen on window for breezes all day and night. Wardrobe with storage.
