The house has surround balconies, large entertaining areas, pond, vegetables garden. Male preferred as you share a bathroom with a male but open to females also. Ideal age at the moment with other flatmates is 21 to 32 year old working man. No couples.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms and a large study area. I work away and have an ensuite but you would have the access to the central bathroom, which i dont use. Very quiet cul de sac with no traffic, and lots of trees, king parrots and sunsets in the evening.

Kitchen upstairs has smart oven, gas cooking, and everything you need. Weber Q bbq on deck.

I have high speed nbn fibre to the house internet included. No lease, 1 week board in advance, and 2 weeks notice required. Plus 2 week Security deposit to cover kitchen, furniture damage, etc. No bills as gas, electricity, internet and water bills all included. (only pay for your personal items like your own bathroom soaps, shampoo etc.)

The house is situated near a local gym and 2 swimming pools two streets away, bus transport to Mooloolaba beach, Buderim, University, mooloolaba beach, hospital and sunshine plaza Maroochydore all within 10 minutes away. There are fans in each room and furnished upstairs. Short term or long term all good. Prefer to support working locals that struggle to find suitable accommodation, and needs local housing for work.
