You’ll have everything you need for simple, mindful living, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates and glasses. The room is air-conditioned and includes a TV and Wi-Fi. A small gym is also available for those who value health and wellbeing.
Step outside to a beautiful, private tropical pool area — perfect for unwinding, reading or simply being. The home itself is fully equipped with all modern comforts, and the main kitchen can be shared if needed. Laundry facilities are available for washing.
The atmosphere of the home is quiet, calm and respectful, shared with like-minded, health-conscious people. Across the road is a lovely park, with a bus stop at the entrance to the estate and the CBD just a short walk away.

Definitely up for a chat but also like & respect all privacy.
I have 2 small beloved pets who also love everybody & are well looked after & clean.
it’s a big house with pool so easy to have your own space . Great position on the coast , close to shops , beach, bus stop, and is in a very private estate. We don’t mind helping out where we can .
Bed time is roughly 10pm but easy going there & up about 6am.I run a small business from here but only working hrs .always like meeting new people.
