About the flatmates
Our home has 2 separate levels, we live upstairs and we have a self contained apartment downstairs. There is an air-conditioned, cosy sitting room with a small dining table, seperate kitchen, shared bathroom with washing machine, and a seperate toilet. We are looking for persons who are working, considerate, and reliable with payments and willing to commit to a minimum 3 month stay. You will be sharing with 2 other guys who are friendly, clean/tidy and considerate. The property is not suitable for dogs or cats and we prefer non smoking/vaping tenants. If you're looking for a party house, this place is not for us or you :)
