Beautiful large home with huge undercover deck area and close to mountain creek and mooloolaba and also close to shops and public transport and university. Room is our study/sitting room that we use as a temporary room for 4 months with a queen sofa bed and hanging wardrobe and drawers and shelves also has a bar and chair for students to work on for a single /student /couple. We had backpackers in this room for 5 months and they loved it and the price is very cheap. Rest of shared house is pure luxury. Couples are 250 plus bills and single ia 200 plus bills.
