I’m looking for a housemate who wants a home, not just a place to sleep/hostel like environment.

🏡 Furnished room in a 3 bedroom townhouse
📍 Buderim – complex with 2 pools, close to Sippy Downs Coles & USC
🛁 Shared bathroom with one other (I have the ensuite)
⏳ Long-term tenant only

🛏️ The room includes:
• Double bed
• Bedsides / bookshelves
• Built-in wardrobe with drawers
• Occasional chair
• Small balcony
• Air conditioning
• Off-street parking available in the complex

💰 Rent:
• $300/week – includes internet only (other bills split evenly between 3)
OR
• $340/week – all inclusive (water, electricity, internet, Netflix, Stan, Disney+, MAX) — preferred

👥 About the home:
• Me, Krystil – 34F, full-time offender rehabilitation program facilitator, with Fridays off, owner.
• Karlos - 27M - full-time security officer.
• Home vibe: Calm, respectful, adult household. We’re generally busy with work and life, but enjoy the occasional shared dinner, chat, or Netflix binge 😊

✅ This home will suit you if you:
• Are a similar age and a FULL TIME worker or FIFO.
• Are clean, organised, emotionally mature, and easygoing.
• Are happy to be on a weekly chores rotation (once every 3 weeks each).
• Understand shared living – being considerate of routines, sleep, guests, noise, and common spaces.
• Take responsibility for yourself and the home without needing reminders (bins, cleaning, shared areas, etc.). Ie naturally pulls their weight without being asked/is proactive
• Is pet-friendly and conscious of them – I have two indoor-only cats 🐈🐈

🚫 This home is not suitable for:
• Additional pets
• Couples
• Children
• Smoking
• Additional furniture
• FT study, PT work, or FT WFH arrangements. If you do WFH 1 or 2 days, all fine as long as it's not a Friday.

📌 House arrangements:
• Bond: 3 weeks
• Rental Agreement: 6 months to start
• Rent: Fortnightly preferred (auto-transfer required so I never need to chase 😅)
• Move-in: Flexible, but ASAP
