This is a 3 bedroom townhouse with 2.5 bathrooms and is relatively new (built around 2019), so everything works great and feels quite modern. It’s in the heart of Buderim, close to shops and in a great community.
Parking is on the street but there’s always heaps of spaces and it’s a very short walk down the main driveway to the house.
The room available can be furnished or unfurnished - our roommate is happy to leave the bed for $200. The rest of the house is fully furnished.
Bathroom is shared with one roommate.
No pets, no smokers or vapers.

About the flatmates
I (Nikita, 23) work full-time, I’ve just completed a Bachelor in Exercise Physiology at UniSC. My roommate Tess (23) is currently studying a Bachelor in Occupational Therapy and works part-time.
We both like a chat and enjoy a chill household, while respecting each other’s privacy and space. This place would suit someone who likes to come home and relax, is clean and can respect the roommates they’re living with, this is not a party house. We don’t have any strict cleaning rules but appreciate a person that will clean up after themselves and assist in keeping the house and shared bathroom clean.
Ideally we are looking for someone of a similar age (early to mid twenties).
