Roommates in Buderim Wanted!!

Me, my partner (male), and two other girls (22) and one other male (28) roommates are looking for someone to move into our new place with us.

A room is available for rent in a, family-friendly suburban location just off Dixon Road. The property is a well-maintained, five-bedroom house, with one bedroom located downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs.
Ideal move-in timeframe of late January to early February, the lease runs until July.
The available room is upstairs and shares a bathroom with two other housemates. Would be sharing a bathroom with two other people. Rent is $170 per week, excluding bills.
The room unfortunately does not have a built-in wardrobe; however, drawers from a previous housemate can be provided if required.
About us:
Downstairs is myself, 22 year-old student who is also working, and my partner (30) who works full-time.
Upstairs includes two 22-year-old females who are both working and studying, and a 28-year-old male who works full-time from home.
This is a non-partying household that values a peaceful living environment.
