Half a wing of a house with 2 large rooms, own entry with a key, a private bathroom & toilet, storage room & a big enclosed sun room / patio with views overlooking the mountains & Maroochy River.

We would only share the kitchen which has a dishwasher & is kept immaculate. You would have your own fridge.

There is a nice big back undercover patio and rambling gardens if you are a green thumb.

This home is a sanctuary, a clean, quiet, private space to recharge and unwind.

Happy to share the occasional dinner and wine, but really enjoy doing my own thing as well and hope you do too.

I have a cute dog called Dash and would prefer no other pets.

I work from home & do tend to go out and about a bit on weekends but really enjoy my down time. This is definitely not a party house (except for once in a blue moon where there’s a special event!).

Rent is $550 a week inc all bills & lawn mowing. It’s a huge place and I’m would be happy to share with a relaxed (not argumentative) couple or a working professional

Minimum of 6 months preferred & 2 weeks rent up front as bond & 2 weeks in advance.

I will def need a few references as I don’t want to live with a psycho but other than that. I’m easy going, clean, respectful & kind.
