About the property
Hi, my name is Jason, I’m renting a room in north Buderim close to Maroochydore. approx. 3 min from the plaza.
The available room is within a 3 bedroom house on a relatively large block for the area (generally fairly quiet neighbourhood). I have a well trained dog on the property who occasionally sleeps inside, particularly in winter, however will be out of the way in my room.
You will have your own bathroom with a bathtub and shower, however is not a ensuite. There is additional space for parking in the garage and plenty of room for storage. Additionally, there is the 3rd bedroom that I use as a spare bed for guests on rare occasions.
The property has solar on the roof that offsets some of the electricity bill and regularly maintains a constant breeze keeping the house cool.

About the flatmates
I’m 27 and returned to university slightly later in life to study occupational therapy at UniSC. Currently, I am in the process writing my thesis and as such I spend most of my time studying or attending to personal commitments, although I enjoy getting out for regular movement breaks and spending time with my dog at the beach.
My latest discovery is the pizza oven and I have been trying to master pizza dough/bread so bonus points for anyone already in the know and willing share some hints.
