This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex is situated on a quiet and safe no-through road. It is very close to USC, public transport, and the nearest supermarket is just a minutes drive away. Very convenient, especially for people who are or will be studying at Uni. For whoever moving in, you will have an already furnished bedroom, access to all kitchen appliances, cutlery, etc, including your own private pantry. The duplex has a small carport fitting one car which I am absolutely more than happy to share, though you can also park on the driveway or the available street parking if need be. The neighbours are very lovely and are always happy to chat. The available room is $255 per week, not including bills (total rent for the duplex is $510 which we would split).
