Hi there, on offer I have a semi self contained flat. It is the whole downstairs area of a house in Buderim.
The rooms are two rooms that are separated by double doors (doors are off in the photos). Split system air con. Private bathroom with room for a washer and dryer. Beautiful pool for those hot summer days. Having double doors between the rooms would mean this would suit a couple perfectly. One room as bedroom and the other as a living area.

Room with aircon: 3.35m x 5m
Living room: 3.2m x 3.7m
Bathroom: 2.15m x 2.5m
Shower size: 900mm x 900mm
Washing machine space: 670mm
The upstairs kitchen will be the shared but there is room for two fridges.
You will be living with be two friendly young adult males. We are both Christians and live a fairly quiet lifestyle we are both non smokers.
