We are looking to break our lease on our room in this beautiful house in the heart of Buderim. The room is big and divided into two sections and has it's own walk-in closet and bathroom. We've found it absolutely perfect for couples who want to have the privacy and space of an apartment while having the luxury of cheap rent.
The house is nicely tucked away and high up with views of the ocean from our bedroom window. It's equipped with plenty of parking spaces and a pool in the backyard.
Rent is $490/w and bills are paid separately.
There will also be a bond payment of $1020.
Move in date will be around mid March as we are leaving on the 18th :)

About the flatmates
You will be living with two women in their early 30's who are both lovely and easy to be around. Rachel is a support worker and enjoys crochet with a glass of wine and Chloe enjoys surfing, painting and fashion rework. The house has a lovely atmosphere where socialising is welcomed but not essential and the girls make a great effort to keep everything from bill payments to housekeeping easy and fair.
