About the property
The house is on a quiet safe neighbourhood and has a large garden with a beautiful wood deck and outdoor seating area.
It is a relaxing household where we are early in bed and early riser. In the garden there is also an ice bathtub for anyone that likes ice bath.
The ensuite is newly renovated, modern and spacious. Heating towel rack and strong water pressure. There is plenty of storage for your belongings and spot to store your surfboard if you have one or two.
The kitchen is well equipped with airfryer, food processor, dishwasher, mixers…
I enjoy sharing my home as I’ve done this for many years and always had great experience from it. I’m house proud and like to look after the house to make it welcoming and comfortable for everyone.

You will be sharing the house with me and another girl (Yoon, 32y). I’m 35 years old French/Swedish/Australian citizen. I'm also the sole homeowner. I have two cats already so can’t take in any more animals (sadly as I love animals).
I like gardening, yoga, surfing, beach and movies. I have shared my home previously and always had a great time with all previous housemates. I'm not a partier and prefer going for a nature walk or doing something involving wellbeing. I work full time in a very high demanding job, so rest and peace is important for me.
As I work full time you wont see too much of me. I’m home in the evenings after work at 6pm and leave the next day at 7:30am.
I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, eating clean and being in nature.
On the days that I’m not at work I’m in the garden planting more flowers and veggies or at a garden shop buying more plants. Other things I enjoy is watching crime documentaries and doing facials. I’m just a simple girl :)
I’m looking for a couple that fits the vibe, independent, calm, clean and keeps the positive energy in the household.
