The house is quite spacious with generous bedroom sizes, large kitchen and two seperate living areas.
There is ample on or off street parking available and the rear year is fully fenced.
Inside the house you will find it has recently been painted and includes quality furnishings to the shared areas, including leather coaches, coffee table, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen appliances, cookware, plates, cups, and cutlery etc.
The rooms are currently not furnished, however arrangement for a furnished bedroom can be made.
We're hoping to set this house up as a peaceful place where you can come home and rest and relax and enjoy your life.
