My name is Katelyn, I live with my partner Jack, and we’re looking for a housemate to fill one of our downstairs bedrooms. This place is less than 2km from both Kings and Moffat Beach. It’s a cute townhouse. On the floor plan, it’s both bedroom 2s up for rent, (the two downstairs ones). Your bedroom will have a bed (which can be taken out) but no other furniture. You’ll also have your own bathroom.
The parking is street parking. It’s a really quiet street.

I’m 25 and he’s 27, we both work full time and weekends we’ll be either at the beach, visiting family, having a drink with friends or just chilling at home! We’re both clean people and respectful of other people’s space.
We’ve lived out of home for about 6 years so understand and respect boundaries with having housemates.
Honestly just looking for down to earth people that have similar interests to us. Preferably someone that works full-time or FIFO.
