About the property
My place is a fully furnished 2 bed - 1 bath unit which you'll be sharing the unit with myself - M40. I'm looking to rent the 2nd bedroom for short term (1 - 3 months), however I may be open to extending.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, air-con, bedside table, built-in wardrobe.
The unit has a beachside vibe, with great views, and is very comfortable. It has a large kitchen with everything required for cooking, and a large bathroom with a bath. It's located only 300m from Kings Beach, and is very close to shops, cafés, and public transport. Also, there's plenty of safe street parking available.
What I'm looking for in a flat share, someone who is:
-Working full time during the day.
-Has hobbies and is active.
-Doesn't smoke, and enjoys the occasional drink.
-Positive.
-Healthy.

About the flatmates
Hey there!
I'm renting out the spare room in my 2 bedroom unit in Kings Beach / Caloundra.
I'm very easy-going, social, and active. I love getting out doors and into nature. Some of the activities that I love are riding, hiking, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and travelling (of course!).
During the week I work full time in an office in Nambour, and I'm out most weekends.
I've hosted and have lived in share accommodation in the past and have met some great people along the way!
