About the property
On offer for your exclusive use is the main bedroom approximately 3m x 4m, with spacious en suite and walk in wardrobe. Double bed, shelves, bedside tables or unfurnished if that suits. There is a small bar fridge for your use in the en suite bathroom. In the house kitchen there is a dishwasher, microwave, and electric range. There are ceiling fans in the dining room and lounge. Rent price includes bills, including internet, Netflix.
The home is in a quiet street, with off street parking, and grassed yard. If you enjoy gardening there are options for that.
Location is great!! The property is 5 minutes walk from Bellvista Shops, IGA, Chemist, Pizza Shop, Doctors, Tavern, Izba Cafe and 5 minutes walk to a beautiful lake with park, there are also many walking/cycling tracks in the area. It is a very safe area. It is approximately 10 minutes drive to the beach. Bus services are 5 and 12 minutes walk, with several bus options per day.
Preferences: We do have pets, so it is imperative you must love animals, as they are part of our family.

The room/rooms must be kept clean and tidy at all times, and vacuumed each weekend. Absolutely no food to be eaten in the bedroom for hygiene reasons.
Ideal person must be honest, clean, tidy, friendly, respectable, and preferably in employment/study.
Smokers accepted but must smoke outside.
This arrangement would suit a FIFO worker, student or worker or short stay tourist. Couples accepted.

About the flatmates
I am retired, I keep busy gardening, love nature and the outdoors, walking, biking, I live with my adult son, who is studying full-time. We are clean and tidy, quiet and respectful, we enjoy a chat with flatmates, however are respectful of personal space and time. We rise early and retire early, love a good series or movie in the evenings. We have cats and a dog, cats are indoor only and the dog mainly indoors but enjoys a good walk and a trolley ride home. We have one flatmate at present, who works full-time.
