We’ve got two rooms available in a relaxed, share house.

You can:
- Take one room $197.00 p/wk
- Take one room, split second room with current housemate $295.00 p/wk
or
- Take both rooms if you’re looking for a bit of extra space when the second becomes available. $394.00 p/wk

You will need to pay bond to the outgoing tenant.

The House:
• 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
• Main bedroom with ensuite already occupied
• Garage
• Small–medium yard
• Pet friendly (subject to real estate approval - Currently a male Staffy here, will be leaving with outgoing tenant)
• All bills split evenly
• Smoking okay - outside only

A Few Things to Know:
• Tenants will need to be approved by the real estate - This place has always been run as a share house, easy process. Can move in while applying.
• Easy going and happy to rent to whoever is the right fit – Singles, couples, pets etc. Happy to have a chat.
