A very large house, somewhere you can call home..

1 X room @ $200/wk. Includes ALL utilities, (that's: internet, electricity, gas, pool usage etc...). Bedroom FURNISHED.
Current room is available 22nd Dec 2025 for minimum 4 to 8 weeks, short term, long term probably suit working visa / backpacker.
Currently sharing with 3 other boarder. All interested people are considered equally, with a mature person in mind. NO partiers, a quiet family home with respect and morals. Is a non-smoking environment.
My wife would prefer a female housemate.
There will be so much to talk about, as we all come from different walks of life.
Must be a small dog, pet friendly person, as we have 4 small dogs. Unfortunately, that means NO further animals, are allowed.

Ducted Air-con, in-ground pool, All the amenities. dishwasher, gas hot-water. Second bathroom and separate toilet. large fully fenced yard. street and ample off street parking available. Very quiet neighbourhood.

A retreat area at the back of house, away from the major traffic, which can be closed off from the kitchen lounge dining area by closing the interconnecting door. Large covered, fully enclosed patio outside off the kitchen, with BBQ. A separate Fridge for Boarders.

Full use of common house areas. There is so much space everyone can retreat to different rooms of the house to escape and have peace.
As it is a share house, you MUST help keep the common areas clean. Kitchen, Living/dinning, Retreat Area, Bathroom and Toilet. Clean floors, to be swept n mopped, empty toilet / Kitchen / bathroom rubbish. Wash clean and put away what you use, just the usual common courtesies of a share house.

2 min walk to local shops. Local bus from Bellvista BLVD 15Min walk from the house. A 5 min drive into Caloundra, all local beaches are within a 10 min drive. Quiet area, with parks, walkways and is a family oriented neighbourhood.
