About the property
Living in a beautiful unit in Coolum Beach. The unit is 15 minute walk to Coolum shops and 10 minute walk down to the beach. Its a three bed two bath unit with a small courtyard out the back. All bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. One bedroom used a study/spare room for people to stay
The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bathroom has a shower and bath combo with a cupboard and toilet.
Downstairs is all shared. Has a laundry, toilet, kitchen, garage, loungeroom and courtyard. Air-conditioning in the loungeroom. You'll also be sharing the house with Cheddar the ginger cat. Indoor and outdoor cat will come and go as he pleases.
Parking on street. 7 min walk to David low way for the 620/622 bus stop.
Couples accepted but will be charged slightly more.

Bree and lynden- 29 and 33 years old respectively. we are both easygoing beach lovers and nature dwellers, brought to coolum on account of love of the beach, the scenery and the vibe, my partner coming from victoria is used to excelling in yarra valley hospitality, having a rapport, with kind customers, and all in all being caring and kind person, yet a a bad skater, spend nazi and she has a cat called cheddar, go figure two cheeses, the yin to my yang. im the elder yet still the bitch, fun times, we have cheeky cheddar which fills up our lives and eachother, im a full time chef on hastings streets, i work very hard and alot, im a poor skater but love to ride, i have alot of good jokes tho, were caring people and are just looking for someone to be as respectul as us, and maybe some good chats in between
