Coolum Beach, Sunshine Coast

About the property
Our house is situated in Emu mountain estate just north of the main area of Coolum, less than a 10 minute walk.
We have a beautiful garden and backyard with a veggie garden also. We are at the base of emu mountain so there is a 360 degree view of the ocean and hinterland only a short walk away.
Being just out of Coolum we very rarely have any issues with traffic and we have great access to the motorway to get around the area.
Stumers creek is the closest beach access by car and there is a walk through the national park to Coolum beach closer to home
The room is about 3.5 x 3.5 and you would be sharing a bathroom with the clean and respectful Jason. We have a double garage which we use for storage that you would be welcome to also.
We wish to keep a clean house and to make it more homely as time goes on, no wild parties but dinners, bbq’s and good times are welcome.

Hayden and Ximena- Hayden, a 37 year old carpenter originally from the border of NSW and Victoria but have been travelling around, living and working in various places around Australia and overseas since my early 20’s. I moved to the Sunshine Coast a few years ago, I have a 2 year old border collie named Lewie who’s abit of a legend -in my opinion :). I play some guitar, I enjoy exercising, getting to know people and living in a respectful and easy going house.
Ximena, 34 from Argentina she has been in Australia for a few years and the Sunshine Coast for most of that time, spends time studying, indulging in the finest maté with friends and living an active lifestyle.
Fina, 23 years old, enjoys surfing, creating art, spending my days at the local beaches and having a good boogie. You will be sharing a bathroom with me, I promise to flush the toilet :)
