This is a lovely larger 3 bed 2 bath lock up garage home. It’s a quiet one way street and your bedroom has views out toward the back of town. We are up high! Your bedroom is the ‘main’ bedroom in the house with its own large walk in robe and direct access to a private shower / bath and sink. It can also be locked.
The house is furnished with everything you need in the common areas and I like to make sure it’s kept nice and tidy in the kitchen and living areas. Someone who is willing to help out with their share of cleaning is a must! You will have access to the kitchen where there is a fridge available to use and storage in the pantry.
I’m happy to have a chat in the kitchen and share a glass of wine every now and then but we do tend to keep to ourselves mostly.
Quarterly electricity and water is about $200. Lawns and garden maintenance is about $50 a month. This house isn’t suited for any more pets. We are definitely not a party household and appreciate someone who will be respectful of this.

About the flatmates
My name is Maxine I’m 31 years old. You will be sharing with myself and my 6 year old daughter (& our lovely cat Andrew)
We are home 9/14 nights a fortnight so you will have time to yourself.
We like to keep the house in a calm and clean environment. Looking for someone who also has these same values and will respect that this is a family home. The perfect flatmate would be someone who can clean up after themselves and take initiative around the house to tidy up common areas as needed. You will need to have a job outside the home as there isn’t enough space to have a WFH environment. This is only suited for females and no couples.
I work for an ophthalmologist 3/4 days a week. When I’m not at work I love to spend time at home tidying and cooking. Otherwise I’ll be at Pilates, gym or spending time with my family. On the weekends when I have my daughter we go to the markets and spend time with family.
