Our home is a well-maintained and modern 4-bedroom family house located in a quiet, safe street in Currimundi. The property features ducted air-conditioning throughout, a comfortable living and dining area, fast Wi-Fi, and a fortnightly professional cleaner, keeping the home fresh and tidy. There is also a dryer, washing machine, and plenty of storage space.
The main bathroom and toilet are shared between you, my 2.5-year-old toddler, and any occasional guests. The bathroom is tidied daily and professionally cleaned every two weeks to keep it hygienic and comfortable.
We’re close to everything — Currimundi Lake, beautiful beaches, walking tracks, playgrounds, shops, cafés, and the Sunshine Coast University Hospital. Bus stops, cycle paths, and local amenities are all within easy reach, making it a very convenient location for work or study. The home has a calm, respectful atmosphere and is ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful and clean living environment.

We’re looking for a clean, tidy and considerate female flatmate who is happy to keep shared spaces neat and enjoys a quiet household. Mandarin-speaking tenants are welcome, but not required. We prefer someone who plans to stay long-term and appreciates a stable, comfortable home.
