There are two rooms available.
One is painted white & one yellow.
One is furnished and one is not, but I am flexible with this and can either add or subtract furnishings for the right housemate.

These rooms share a bathroom with bath, shower and huge vanity as well as a separate toilet.

The rooms are quite big : 3m x 3m and have built in wardrobes and ducted aircon.

Downstairs includes two large living rooms and two dining rooms, a large kitchen with plenty of pantry space, and a large laundry.

The home has a pool, outdoor entertaining area, and a massive back yard. This is a family home - but as the kids have now moved out, I'm renting out their rooms.

We are 150m from the lake and 2.5km from Currimundi Beach.

We are 2.5km from the University Hospital.

You will have your own off-street parking, use of wifi and all the creature comforts of home.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is FIFO, or full time employed and wants somewhere to relax when they're home
