Great Location!
We are looking for someone to share our place in this quiet part of beautiful Currimundi. Super close to all amenities, including the SCUH, Woolies and a 6 min drive beach or 30 minute walk to the lake.
The unfurnished room fits a QS bed very comfortably and has a walk in robe and ensuite. There is also an extra room next to the main bedroom that could be used as a study/home office.
We would really like someone that is reliable, clean, respectful, a person who is flexible as well as an effective communicator.
Bills are not included in rent which consist of internet, water, electricity and gas (just a small swap n go). Gardening is done by myself and Damo.
You would need to be approved by owners & real estate before moving in.

Who we are; I'm Ange and work full-time in Environmental Science. I love to go hiking, do some yoga and ride my bikes. I also enjoy my down time and generally keep to myself.
Damo, my husband, works full-time in Sales during day time hours, having most weekends off.
He enjoys relaxing to a movie, going fishing or heading to the beach or go exploring.
We have a small cat named Kikah that lives indoors. She is quiet and likes to keep to herseIf most of the time.
