Hello everyone !! Currently looking for a couple to move into my rental in Dicky beach ASAP. Rent is $660 per week but would be split equally. I have a lease for 6-months with the opportunity to extend so I ideally long-term stay would be preferred. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. It contains parking in the driveway for 2-3 cars and a lovely spacious backyard. The only negatives are that there is no air conditioner or dishwasher. You will have the option of choosing either room that is listed and they are unfurnished.
