About the flatmates
Hey Guys, up for rent are 2 rooms in my home at dicky beach in Caloundra :)
Currently there is one female, Japanese housemate staying in a room with an ensuite, and the 2 rooms for rent share a bathroom.
I am a 27 year old guy, enjoy waking up early, surfing and running. I also work as a plumber and my partner as an OT. me and my partner work in brissy, and stay in the self contained garage/granny flat when not working, and don’t really spend any time in the house.
The house is located less than a kilometre from the beach, between Dicky beach and Moffat beach, within easy walking distance to the water and cafes ect.
There are 2 rooms available, a larger one for $300 a week, and a smaller one for $250.
The house has internet and bills are included in the cost, open to a couple but would cost a bit more and depend on the people!
Ideally looking for easy going, likeminded people!
