Kings Beach, Sunshine Coast

We’re a relaxed couple in our 30s and 40s who moved here a few years ago and completely fell in love with the area. I run a Chinese Medicine business locally and interstate, and my partner works away a lot, so between the two of us we’re not home all the time. Because of that, we thought it’d be nice to share our space with others.
We’ve got two beautiful Border Collie x Aussie Pups (5 yrs old) who are very loved and always happy to share the attention. There’s plenty of space in the house for everyone to enjoy and do their own thing. Our current tenant (who’s moving out in about a month) works in personal training and care work, and the household vibe has always been easygoing and respectful.
We’re super chill, open to all, and big fans of good food, good wine, and good company. When I’m not working or travelling, you’ll usually find me hanging out with the collies at the beach or nearby surrounds, or listening to some tunes on the balcony. We’re really just looking for someone who’s comfortable, friendly, and keen to enjoy the space as a home.
