About the property
Our property has two lounge rooms, one which we can leave for you as your private area. There is a pool and two outdoor decks that get the lovely morning sunshine. There is plenty of areas outside if you want to sit outside by yourself.
The bathroom is the main bathroom however, you will be the only one using this bathroom.
Our street is quiet and your car will be safe parked on the road out the front of the house.
We do have two dogs so you must be a dog lover.
The house is large enough for you to have your own space who you will be sharing with my son and myself.
Utilities are included in the board of $450 pw.
