About the flatmates
Male retired with 2 dogs that are very friendly. Very quiet area situated next to a retirement village, great neighbours and I have been here for 11 years. The rent is $350 per week and that includes, Water Internet and some streaming services, (Prime). Will have access to the whole house and use of everything.
I have everything in the house already so you don't need anything and if you need a bed I can arrange one for you if needed, but the bedrooms do come bare. Internet is 1000mbps, Have heaps of games and movies. Have a steam Iron and a front loader washer and a dryer for rainy days and a large range of pots and pans for cooking and heaps of Kitchen Appliances. I have 1 room rented already to a very quiet male who works so have 1 room left. Worker prefered and must have references.
