I have a beautiful unfurnished room for rent just one street back from Mudjimba beach, At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of on & off street parking. Modern home, plenty of storage on & in the property, a large spare room available for rent ASAP. Your room includes a wardrobe, smart lighting & fan system & AC. I have a king bed in the room right now and still plenty of space. Sharing a bathroom with a girl named Shelby, bathroom is large. The household is quiet, don’t see anyone often as everyone’s busy most of the time and always quiet if they are home. All we ask is respect the house & housemates, clean up after yourself & pay rent on time. Also there is a cat in the pictures, the animals no longer live there.
I’m sad to be leaving the property as the location is unreal! Only moving for life circumstances.
