It would be living downstairs with bedroom / ensuite and lounge room plenty of storage space garage own fridge little kitchete out with toaster etc. But also kitchen upstairs is most welcome to use
It is furnished, but it can be removed if you have your own. Washing machine dryer etc. All there for your use
I do own two dogs so must like dogs they’re outside most of the time, but do occasionally come inside
The Dog beach is less than a five minute walk across the road
