About the property
Lovely open home with Mt. Ninderry in the background. Fenced grounds with pool and huge backyard. Resident black cockatoos across the valley, lots of other birdlife and the occasional wallaby. We have a wrap around balcony that looks out to the mountain, a BBQ and two outdoor sitting spaces to see the sunrise or the sunset. You can also walk through the property and find a spot to meditate, do yoga or have some friends over.

About the flatmates
Female flatmate with adult children (2) plus a large dog. Swing between being home bodies and going on adventures. Love the outdoors, the sun, respectful communication, a non cluttered environment, simplicity and the luxuries that come our way, fresh food and happy times. Our home is our sanctuary, a place to rejuvenate but we don't mind you bringing friends for dinners/drinks/swims. We have had backpackers and international students live with us over the past 10 years so we have some experience with sharing space.
Our dog is big, friendly and loves pats and cuddles. He does live inside and out so you would need to respect that.
Would suit a single or couple who are eco friendly (we are on tank water and have our own septic system).
