Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast

Prime location, a short stroll along the board walk to sunshine plaza, ocean street and a 7 minute bike ride to cotton tree and Maroochydore beaches.. But wait there’s more, you get a big bedroom with a good sized wardrobe, own bathroom, sausage dog cuddles and a great housemate.. what more could you want? 😂

You’ll be sharing with 1 gal (me) and well trained resident sausage dog. I work as an Occupational Therapist and enjoy beach days, pilates, horse riding, camping, live music and time with friends. I grew up on the Sunshine Coast and have a lovely welcoming friends group if you're new to the coast and are looking to meet people 🥰

I’ve lived in various share houses before purchasing this townhouse and have loved becoming friends with my housemates, enjoying a herbal tea (or red wine) and belly laughs on the couch. The vibes of the house are warm, happy, calm and respectful, and I’m looking for someone who is the same (not a party house). Although, i do enjoy drinks by the water or a night out here and there ☺️

The house is perfectly set up for a housemate with the rooms at seperate ends of the house. The townhouse is located on a quiet street with off street parking in the complex next to the townhouse. At the end of the street is also a lovely board walk around the canal which hosts a beautiful sunset. Everything is within walking distance- 5 minute walk to Aldi/ cafes, 10 min to Sunshine Plaza and 15 min to Ocean Street (bars/ restaurants).

I’m looking for a person in their late 20’s early 30’s who is working full time, who is friendly but also keeps themselves busy and understands how to live in a share home (clean/tidy/respectful of noise)
