This property is in a very great location. Just a short drive away to the beach or shops. It is a 4 bedroom house with 1 bathroom and 1 toilet (I swear it’s not as bad as it sounds 😂). There is a large backyard with a shed for storage. The bedroom available has a wardrobe and It also has a ceiling fan. Internet is included in the rent.
Rent will be $181 a week. This does not include water and electricity which is just split up amongst ourselves when the time comes.

About the flatmates
You’ll be living with myself (Josh,28), Jake(28), Alex (28) and 2 Sausage dogs. We are all quite social and love a good chat and to hang out but also appreciate and respect each others alone time. We are a pretty active household and enjoy going to the gym, beach, walk, surf, etc in our free time but also love time at home possibly with a cheeky bev. We are a very relaxed and easy going household!
