About the property
The houses freshly renovated it's six bedrooms and three new bathrooms it is only 300 meters from Ocean Street so you then have to worry about taxis and it backs on the Sunshine Plaza.
It has a front deck with a BBQ and a rear covered patio with another barbecue along with the new kitchen
This room is 3,5 x 3,2 m big and has its own huge bathroom, ceiling fan and AC.
None of my rooms come with parking, but happy to discuss and negotiate if you have a car. There is on street parking. But given the ideal location of the house, historically most of my tenants walk to work (open the back fence & 2 min walk you are inside sunshine plaza :-) ) .
We just demolished the shed in the back yard and am currently building a new one, so the back yard is a bit messy at the moment, but hope to have it done by x-mas.
below there is actually only one room available, its 500 for a couple or 400 for a single person
