Limited off-street parking is available on a first come first served basis, with plenty space on the street. The townhouse is clean, tidy, bright and airy with a 'new home' feel.
Bedroom has ceiling fan and tinted windows. The room has only ever been used as a guest room and is furnished (but doesn't need to be). It has multiple sets of bedding and towels available which you are welcome to use. Double built-in wardrobe with shelving.
$400 per week, bills included.
Bond is $1600.

I work in a quiet, self-contained space on the ground floor (see floor plan). It's entirely separate from the living / sleeping areas (which are all located on the upper levels) and should not impact you at all.
