About the property
The property is a three bed, two bathroom apartment in a high rise. We live on the 10th floor with a large balcony and a stunning sunset view most evenings and a great view to watch any incoming storms. The apartment complex has a pool, BBQ and a communal space.
We're only planning to rent our one of the rooms so there will be a spare one if you want a friend to come visit or just some extra storage.
Your room has a built in wardrobe and a sliding door out onto the balcony. There's also a bathroom that will be just yours which has a bath/shower, toilet and sink.
It is a mostly furnished place. The flat mate moving out is looking to sell her bedroom furniture so if you want to keep any or all of it, I can arrange prices between you guys.
Rent is $880pw for the whole apartment so depending if one person or two are moving in it would be either:
- $293.33 for a single person
or
-$220 per person for a couple
Bills are not included and will just be split as and when they come up - quarterly.
We'd honestly love to meet in person before accepting anyone for a coffee or a pint and just check we'd all be a good fit for each other. Give us a message if this would be something you'd be interested in.
The lease ends October 1st but if we're a good fit for each other we'd be open to renewing it.

About the flatmates
My name is Nora, I'm 29 and living with my partner Jake (30) and a housemate currently. She is moving out of state mid Feb and we're looking for someone to take her place.
We are open to having either a single person or couple move in but we only have 3 keys for the apartment and one car parking space available for whoever moves in.
Jake and I have been together almost 6 years, originally meeting backpacking in Australia but strangely being from the same city back home in the UK and never crossing paths.
In our spare time we like to watch movies, play games, go for walks, go to gigs, chill at the beach or pool and when the time calls for it we love an occasional night out or in with some sangria.
In my spare time I like to read, draw, crochet, anything crafty and i love to cook.
Jake is a manager of a chemists, working Monday-Friday.
I work as a casual in retail at the moment so my shifts are all over but my background is in marketing and administration.
