Looking for two females to join me in my unit. About the place, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 garage parking space and a cute little balcony overlooking the river. The bathroom would be shared and parking would be on-street. The place will be fully furnished, so you would only need to furnish your room. It’s in a great location; close to the motorway, walking path out front along the river and also walking distance to the Fishermans Road Markets
Details (per person/room):
Rent is $250 per week (bills not included)
Bills are internet, water and electricity (will be split by 3)
Bond required upfront
Move in date will be first week of March (around the 5th)
No pets allowed sorry!
The place is currently tenanted, so the only photos available are from the real estate. Only one of the available rooms is pictured (“Bed 2”), but the other room is very similar; both rooms have built-in wardrobes. The room pictured currently does not have a ceiling fan, but will have one installed.

I’m 25yrs old and currently studying full-time and working part-time in healthcare. In my free time I’m often at the beach, going on walks, gym, markets and hanging with friends. I’m easygoing, respectful and considerate of other people and their space.
