Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast

Hi there, I have a room and private bathroom available in a beautifully furnished, centrally located house in Maroochydore. It's an awesome location in a quiet neighbourhood just minutes (walking distance actually!) to the river, beaches, plaza, bunnings, tonnes of gyms and restaurants. The house has room in the garage for storage or a motorbike/jetski and dedicated on-street parking for a vehicle. Airconditioned throughout, separate lounge, and opportunity to take an additional room as an office/media room if required. The rent is set at $350pw including bills and internet. Ideally, I am looking for a Fifo but would consider a full-time tenant. About me... I work full-time, play heaps of sports and stay fit and healthy. I'm a non-smoker, and a enjoy the occasional glass of wine. I rarely have visitors and prefer for the home to be private and peaceful. Applicants must love pets as I have both a dog and a cat. Both are fully house trained, well behaved and love company. Looking for a full-time employed person who is respectful, clean and tidy.
