The location is super convenient, less than a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive to Sunshine Plaza, a couple of minutes’ walk to the Homemaker Centre, and a bus stop about a minute away. Easy access to shops and transport without being on a busy road.
The shared living spaces are bright and well looked after, with air con downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped (I enjoy cooking and baking 🧁), with a dishwasher and all the usual day-to-day essentials.
The room available is unfurnished and a really good size (approx. 3.4m x 3.8m). It has a large window with lots of natural light and airflow, a ceiling fan, and a built-in wardrobe with good storage.
The room comes with exclusive use of the main bathroom, no sharing 😌 It includes a shower, bath, and plenty of storage.
Bills are included, including internet. On-street and visitor parking available.
Chester is a big part of the household. He’s a very sweet, affectionate senior dog who lives downstairs in the common areas. He’s fully house trained, very calm, and a total couch potato who just loves people and relaxing around the house. It’s important that a future housemate is genuinely a dog person and happy to share the space with him 🐾🤍

I’m 27 and work full-time. Outside of work I keep a pretty active, balanced lifestyle and I’m usually at the gym or running, heading to the beach with friends, sewing or doing little creative projects at home, and op shopping.
I’m friendly and easygoing, happy to chat over a coffee or a wine sometimes, and it would be lovely to live with someone I genuinely get along with. At the same time, I really respect personal space and downtime, and appreciate a balance of both.
The house has a really calm, cosy vibe and I like it to feel like a nice place to come home to and unwind. I love keeping the space clean and organised so it feels relaxed and comfortable, and I’m hoping to share the home with someone who values that kind of environment too 🫶🏼
