About the property

Our house is in a quiet street, just a bike ride from Sunshine Plaza where you can enjoy the nightlife and catch buses anywhere around the Sunshine Coast.
Everything is supplied for you. Just move in. Bills are included and are power, water and unlimited high speed internet.
We enjoy meeting people from all over the world. We are also happy to have Aussies stay with us.
We're looking for people who want to stay longer term, at least three months.
We have water filter in kitchen.
Please bring your own linen as we no longer provide this. There is some in the communal hall cupboard but you would probably prefer to bring your own linen.
We do have a nice deck our the back to sit at. Trees, birds. We have a nice place and I think you will enjoy living here.

About the flatmates
We are looking for females 25 years and over please. My husband and I live in a granny flat next door to house and have been successfully renting out rooms to students and FT workers for a few years now. We have had travellers, students and Australians are our preference now is for long term tenants.
This house is not suitable for people who are frequently getting drunk, thank you.
Current tenants are from France, Italy and Australia. A great mixture.
