Looking for someone to join our awesome home in Kawana Forest (Meridan Plains) 😊 Pool! Tiki bar! Fantastic outdoor space with great sunset view!
Large room available in modern 4 bedroom house in Meridan plains, with own bathroom.

Room holds queen bed, 2 small tables, 2 chests of drawers and plenty of room still!
Also huge wardrobe!
Main bathroom of the house is yours! (Occasional guest usage).
Use of the 2 spare rooms that are set up as bedrooms for guests (*)!
Half garage of space available to you (small car or storage) - i.e. jimny fits in with plenty of room, any car much bigger may be tight but also space for off street parking!
Also space in the shed for camp gear etc!
Available late Jan/early Feb flexible on time frame.
Costs:
Rent is split equally 3 ways so it will be $326.66 (for a single person. Couple will be negotiated) plus bills, bond of 4 weeks rent 🙂 🙂

About the flatmates
Large room with own bathroom (*) available in modern 4 bedroom house in Meridan plains, sharing with 2 people (couple in early 30s, love an afternoon bev, swims in the pool and chill social evenings)
Already one cat here, she’s a shy little angel who once warms up to you will melt your heart! Any other pets would have to be approved by real estate.
* Twice a year Mitch's kids come over from nz to stay during school holidays etc, the spare rooms are set up for them but are also just spare bedrooms free to any guests you may have! 11 and 13 and honestly fab kids- very polite, tidy and well mannered. During those weeks your bathroom will be shared 🙂
