Looking for a flatmate for a three bedroom house. House is in Moffat beach suburb, 1.6km to Moffat beach, 1.5km to Kings beach, 1.5km to Shelly Beach 1.2km to Bulcock street, basically walking distance to most of Caloundra, great location.

All bills included in rent, electric/ water/ internet ect. Room for vehicles on the property, undercover space and room in garage for Surfboards/mopeds/bicycles ect.

Nice big house with a large front yard and backyard, plenty of room for activities 😂.

Brand new fridge, biggest that would fit loads of space for three people.
Brand new washing machine and dryer.
Pretty much all brand new, even the carpet (I've almost just moved in!)

Shared kitchen, including utensils, pots and pans, cooking knives, plates bowls, drinking glasses, toaster, kettle ect. Loads of space in the kitchen for everyone's stuff.

The bedroom has a built in closet, shared bathroom with 1 other room. The toilet and shower are separate.

All of the furniture for the room is brand new, currently equipped with a Queen bed, bedside table and some shelves.

All rooms in the house have fingerprint/ fob/passcode locking doors that only the occupier can unlock.

Looking for some like minded roommates to create a fun home where we can all be mates

No couples sorry as it's not fair for the other roommate sharing the shower/bathroom.

No animals/pets.
